What you require:
1 head cauliflower, broken into chomp estimate pieces, steamed
1 sweet onion, daintily cut
1 container drain
1 container Monterey Jack cheddar
1 container mozzarella cheddar
3/4 container Gouda cheddar
1/2 container bread scraps
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and ground dark pepper to taste
Season with cayenne pepper, salt and ground dark pepper.
Pour drain over the blend at that point cover with aluminum thwart.
Prepare in a pre-warmed stove (375 degrees F) for 40 to 45 minutes.
