Smoked Pineapple With Coconut Sauce

 

What you require:

1 pineapple, cut

1/2 glass coconut drain

2 tablespoons coconut rum

1 tablespoon cream of coconut

1 tablespoon margarine

1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

To set up the sauce, pour the coconut drain, coconut rum and cream of coconut in a skillet and cook over medium warmth.

Mix until the point when all fixings are all around joined.

Include the cornstarch and keep mixing until the point when the blend has thickened.

Expel from warm and empty blend into a bowl.

Mix in the spread and blend until smooth. Put aside to cool.

String pineapple pieces onto sticks at that point cook on a pre-warmed flame broil over medium warmth until the point when barbecue marks show up, around 4 minutes for every side. Present with coconut sauce.
