Stewing pot Healthy Taco Soup

 

What you require:

1 kilogram ground meat

4 chime peppers, diced

1 huge onion, diced

3 1/2 containers diced tomatoes

3 containers bone stock

1 container diced green chiles

3/4 container culinary coconut drain

3 tablespoons stew powder

2 tablespoons cumin

1/2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 teaspoons ocean salt

2 teaspoons dark pepper

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Jalapeno cuts, for fixing

Green onion cuts, for fixing

Lime wedges, for garnish

Avocado cut, for garnish

Cilantro, for garnish

In a container over medium warmth, dissolve the coconut oil at that point cook ringer peppers and onion for 5 to 7 minutes or until delicate.

Add the ground meat to the container and mix until cooked through.

Deplete and exchange blend to a moderate cooker.

Season with stew powder, cumin, ocean salt, pepper, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and blend to consolidate fixings well.

Include diced tomatoes, bone soup, green chiles and coconut drain. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low. Include wanted fixings previously serving.
